McKee Ranch

We went on a Saturday afternoon adventure last week and found the McKee Ranch. My cousin had had a birthday party for his daughter there and his girlfriend recommended that we check it out. It is a home off of Dean Martin where the owners have adopted chickens, rabbits, a pig, lots of horses/ponies, goats, a lamb, a turkey, etc. They allow the public to come and feed the animals for free (you bring your own bread/crackers/apples/carrots). They do have a donation box, but they mostly make their money from large birthday parties and horseback riding at the ranch. We had so much fun talking to the owners about the animals (which they let roam free minus the horses) and letting the kids play on their merry-go-round and swing set.
