This past Tuesday, we held our ward's annual "Blue and Gold" dinner at our house. The Blue and Gold dinner is a celebration of scouting and a thank-you to the leaders. The theme was "American ABC's". My Mom had made adorable placemats with letters on them. Each person tried to figure out as many American states, counties, landmarks, etc. that began with their letter. We enjoyed all American fare--hot dogs and apple pie. The Bishop showed up to support our group. Even though we had one of the boys cancel last minute and a missing-in-action Cubmaster, the event turned out to be a lot of fun!

Your house looked so good for it! Tom was suppose to come but he has a cold.
When I first looked at the picture, I thought your house had been re-stoned :) It looks like how everyone is getting their houses done now!
thank is so nice that you had the dinner at your house. By any chance do you know Crystal Hierschi? She's big into the scouts thing. I'm glad you had a good time.
