Every year, the women-folk in my family have a "baking day" where we dip chocolates, sugar nuts, pop popcorn, and make
almond rocha--in other words, do everything except bake. It is a time-honored and very seriously productive day. My mom always awards our labors with a homemade gift--this year an adorable snowman. We really need to think about giving her a gift for hostessing!
